REQUISITOS PARA EJERCER COMANDO EN LA ARMADA NACIONAL. Para ejercer los cargos de Comandante de Fuerza Naval, de Flotilla de Mar, de Unidad a Flote, de Grupo Aeronaval y hasta nivel Unidad Operativa en Infantería de Marina, se debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

a)

Para Comandante de Fuerza Naval: Comandante de Unidad Mayor de Combate o Comandante de Flotilla de Mar por un tiempo mínimo de un (1) año.

b)

Para Comandante de Flotilla de Mar: Comandante de buque de mar por un tiempo mínimo de un (1) año;

c)

Para Comandante de Unidad a Flote: Cumplir con los requisitos de calificación que determine la Armada Nacional;

d)

Para Comandante de Grupo de Aeronaval: Ser piloto naval calificado;

e)

Para Comandante en la Infantería de Marina: Ejercer el cargo de Comando inmediatamente Inferior por un tiempo mínimo de un (1) año.
