SELECCION DE SUBOFICIALES. Los Comandantes de Fuerza podrán seleccionar dentro del personal de Suboficiales a quienes por sus condiciones militares, experiencia y conocimientos puedan ser preparados como Oficiales en las respectivas Escuelas de Formación, a las cuales pasarán en comisión del servicio por el tiempo de duración de los correspondientes cursos.
