ESCALAFONAMIENTO DE PROFESIONALES EN EL CUERPO ADMINISTRATIVO. Los Profesionales con título de formación universitaria que soliciten incorporarse como Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo y que sean aceptados deberán realizar y aprobar un curso de orientación militar, al término del cual serán escalafonados en el grado de Teniente o Teniente de Fragata previo concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y demás requisitos que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
