PROCEDENCIA DE LOS OFICIALES DEL CUERPO ADMINISTRATIVO. Los Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo procederán de Oficiales en actividad hasta el grado de Mayor o Capitán de Corbeta, de Suboficiales y Civiles, que acrediten el título de formación universitaria, siempre que así lo soliciten y de acuerdo con las necesidades de las Fuerzas Militares, previo concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa.
