No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, podrán ingresar a las Fuerzas Militares como Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo los profesionales con título de formación universitaria casados, varones o mujeres, con el lleno de los demás requisitos a que se refiere el artículo 37 del presente Estatuto.
