CAMBIOS POR INCAPACIDAD FISICA. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior podrá disponerse por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional o por los Comandos de Fuerza respectivamente, el cambio de Arma. Cuerpo o Especialidad, de aquellos Oficiales y Suboficiales que previo concepto de la Sanidad Militar, presenten lesiones adquiridas en el servicio por causa y razón del mismo, que los incapaciten.
