LIMITE DE PERMANENCIA EN EL ESCALAFON COMPLEMENTARIO. El Oficial o Suboficial inscrito en el Escalafón Complementario no podrá pertenecer por más de cinco (5) años a éste.

Parágrafo 1

Lo anterior no obsta para que el Oficial o Suboficial inscrito en el Escalafón Complementario pueda ser retirado del servicio activo en cualquier época, por llamamiento a calificar servicios, por voluntad del Gobierno, por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica para la actividad militar, por incapacidad profesional, por inasistencia al servicio por más de cinco (5) días, sin causa justificada o por conducta deficiente.
