OFICIALES DEL CUERPO ADMINISTRATIVO. Son Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo en las Fuerzas Militares los profesionales con título de formación universitaria conforme a las normas de educación superior vigentes en todo tiempo, escalafonados en el Ejercito, la Armada y la Fuerza Aérea con el propósito de ejercer su profesión en las Fuerzas Militares, o los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que habiendo obtenido el referido título, soliciten servir en el Cuerpo Administrativo.
