OFICIALES DE LAS ARMAS EN EL EJERCITO. Son Oficiales de las Armas en el Ejército todos aquellos formados, entrenados y capacitados con la finalidad principal de ejercer el mando y la conducción de los elementos de combate y apoyo de combate del Ejército en todos los escalones de la jerarquía militar. Se consideran elementos de combate y de apoyo de combate en el Ejercito, los que operan dentro de las modalidades y características de la Infantería, la Caballera, la Artillería, los Ingenieros, la Aviación y el Cuerpo de Inteligencia.
