FACULTAD PARA CLASIFICAR OFICIALES Y SUBOFICIALES. El Gobierno clasificará a los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares de acuerdo con las disposiciones del presente Capítulo. Los Comandantes de Fuerza procederán en la misma forma respecto del personal de Suboficiales de la respectiva Fuerza.
