DETERMINACION DE LA PLANTA. La planta de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, será fijada anualmente por el Gobierno Nacional, con base en las necesidades de las mismas. El Gobierno fijará la planta que debe regir para cada año antes del 31 de enero y cuando no lo hiciere, continuará rigiendo la que se encuentre vigente. En casos especiales, el Gobierno podrá modificar la planta fijada para el año respectivo. TITULO II DE LA JERARQUIA, CLASIFICACION, ESCALAFON, INGRESO, FORMACION Y ASCENSO.
