Modifícase el primer inciso del artículo 5 del Decreto81 de 1997, el cual quedará así: Artículo 5°. Liquidación y pago del impuesto. La liquidación del impuesto sobre la financiación en moneda extranjera, deberá analizarla el obligado en la fecha de su pago a la tarifa vigente en dicho momento. El pago del impuesto deberá realizarse en las entidades financieras autorizadas para recaudar los impuestos administrados por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
