Parágrafo

del artículo 1 del Decreto 81 de 1997 con los siguientes literales: g) Los obtenidos para atender gastos personales a través del sistema de tarjetas de crédito internacionales; h) Los obtenidos para financiar inversiones colombianas en el exterior; i) Los obtenidos por entidades públicas de redescuento destinados a operaciones activas de crédito en moneda extranjera; j) Los obtenidos para financiar las importaciones con destino al Departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, siempre que los bienes importados sean destinados para ser consumidos, utilizados o vendidos en el departamento; k) Los créditos concesionales con componente de ayuda, otorgados por gobiernos extranjeros".
