º El artículo 48 del Decreto 1452 de 1987 quedará así: DESCENTRALIZACION. Para efectos de otorgamiento de la autorización previa de constitución, licencia de funcionamiento, renovación o cancelación, cambio de razón social, naturaleza jurídica y otras funciones relacionadas con las empresas de transporte de carga, será competente la Regional del Intra en cuya jurisdicción tenga su sede la empresa.
