º Las donaciones en favor de personas damnificadas realizadas por las entidades que laboran en la rehabilitación de las zonas afectadas, estarán exentas de todo impuesto, tasa o contribución y no requerirán del procedimiento de insinuación establecido en el artículo 1458 del Código Civil.
