º Modifícase el primer inciso del artículo 1º del Decreto 1179 de 1994 así: "Créase la Corporación Nacional para la reconstrucción de la Cuenca de Río Páez y zonas aledañas, Nasa Ki'We, la cual tendrá por objeto adelantar proyectos y programas para la atención de las necesidades básicas de los habitantes de los municipios, así como la reconstrucción y rehabilitación de la zona afectada 1178 de 1994".
