CONDICIONES DE VENTAS. En desarrollo del artículo 13 del Decreto 2920 de 1982, el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Superintendente Bancario y el Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores señalarán, por acto de carácter general, las condiciones en las cuales puedan venderse las acciones y bonos de la Nación a los particulares en las instituciones que se nacionalizaron y que la Nación capitalizó. Las condiciones y procedimientos de venta de las acciones y bonos deberán ser similares a los establecidos en el presente Decreto para a venta de acciones y bonos del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras.
