ADJUDICACION A PERSONAS JURIDICAS. La adjudicación de las acciones y bonos disponibles para las personas que menciona el literal "a" del artículo 7º se hará buscando para el Fondo las condiciones que, en conjunto, sean más favorables en cuanto a precio, plazo y forma de pago. El Fondo podrá abstenerse de hacer la venta si a su juicio, las propuestas que recibe no alcanzan las condiciones mínimas aceptables para su Junta Directiva.
