º PRECALIFICACION DE PERSONAS JURIDICAS. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras hará conocer ampliamente que procederá a la venta de los valores de que trata el literal "a" del artículo anterior, y convocará a un proceso de calificación previa en el cual los interesados deberán acreditar capacidad financiera y administrativa y personal directivo satisfactorio a juicio del Fondo. El Fondo solicitará la opinión del Superintendente Bancario, del Superintendente de Control de Cambios y del Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores y pedirá informes a la Central de Riesgos, a fin de asegurarse de descalificar las personas a quienes no resulte conveniente vender acciones o bonos en los términos del artículo 16 del presente Decreto.
