º CONFORMACION Y ORDEN DE LAS OFERTAS. Para asegurar suficiente concurrencia, las acciones y bonos se ofrecerán en tres lotes, así

Uno del 55% del total, a las personas jurídicas habilitadas legalmente para hacer este tipo de inversiones, que hayan sido calificadas previamente por el Fondo.

Otro, en porcentaje que determinará la Junta Directiva del Fondo, a inversionistas institucionales personas jurídicas no precalificadas y personas naturales;

Otro, en porcentaje que determinará la Junta Directiva del Fondo, a los empleados y jubilados de la empresa, a su fondo mutuo de inversión y fondo de empleados. Los lotes se ofrecerán comenzando por el destinado a las personas a las que se refiere el literal "a" de este artículo; una vez vendido éste se procederá con los destinados a las demás, los cuales se ofrecerán simultáneamente.
