º SOLICITUD DE CERTIFICACION. Cuando el Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras considere que ya no es necesaria la participación accionaria del Fondo en una de las instituciones que ha contribuido a capitalizar, preparará un informe detallado acerca de la situación financiera y administrativa de ésta, y solicitará al Superintendente Bancario que certifique que su estado de saneamiento permite proceder a su venta.
