Una vez creado dentro de la organización interna de la obra de construcción del Ferrocarril Troncal de Occidente, sector de Antioquia, el Departamento de Materiales o cualquier otro organismo similar, estará a cargo de este el ejercicio de las atribuciones y funciones asignadas por el artículo 3º de este Decreto a la entidad departamental que se designe en la forma prevista en dicho artículo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
