Del incumplimiento de obligaciones frente al Registro Nacional de Turismo. El operador que no se inscriba en el Registro Nacional de Turismo, incumpla sus obligaciones de actualización y omita o incluya informaciones no fidedignas en dicho registro, quedará sujeto a las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 72 de la Ley 300 de 1996.
