Decreto 504 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta el Registro Nacional de Turismo de que tratan los artículos 61 y 62 de la Ley 300 de 1996.

De los establecimientos que presten servicios de turismo de interés social

Seguridad al turista. Se atenderá este requisito mediante el registro de la relación de los planes o servicios turísticos dirigidos a las personas cuyos ingresos familiares mensuales sean iguales o inferiores a cuatro salarios mínimos legales mensuales.

Acreditación de su capacidad técnica, operativa, financiera, de títulos o requisitos de idoneidad técnica o profesional Para efectos de su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Turismo, se asimilarán a aquel prestador de servicios turísticos cuya actividad sea análoga a la de este tipo de establecimientos.
