Acreditación de títulos o requisitos de idoneidad técnica o profesional Podrá acreditar tal requisito el administrador del establecimiento con certificaciones provenientes de hoteles, restaurantes y bares con los cuales haya trabajado anteriormente, con demostración de su experiencia o con fotocopia de los títulos obtenidos en instituciones de educación superior.
