º. Del registrador. Para los fines del presente Decreto, se entiende por Registrador al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico y al delegatario o delegatarios, si los hubiere, aplicándose esta denominación a la entidad que lleve el Registro Nacional de Turismo, lo actualice, verifique la documentación exigida y expida los certificados de inscripción y de inscripción y acreditaciones.
