USO SIN DERECHO. El miembro de las Fuerzas Militares que sin derecho use condecoraciones, o lo haga en categorías diferentes a aquéllas en las que le han sido otorgadas, y que en el presente reglamento autoriza, será sancionado disciplinariamente sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones a que se haga acreedor, de conformidad con las leyes y disposiciones pertinentes. Igualmente será sancionado disciplinariamente quien no las usare de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes.
