OTORGAMIENTO. Es concedida por el Director de la Escuela a solicitud del Comandante de Grupo de Formación, a los Cadetes de la Escuela Militar de Aviación "Marco Fidel Suárez" que durante los cursos de formación se destacaren por su excelente rendimiento académico, iniciativa e interés por el servicio. Su otorgamiento se publicará por la Orden del Día y se impondrá en ceremonia especial, al finalizar el periodo lectivo de cada promoción. Puede ser impuesta a una misma persona cuantas veces se haga acreedora a ella.
