ARMADA NACIONAL "Medalla Alumno Distinguido". El Director de la Escuela Naval de Cadetes "Almirante Padilla" Certifica que el CONSEJO DE LA MEDALLA y de acuerdo con la Orden del Día número............. del............. de........... de................. Se confirió la presente Medalla a......................................... Por haberse distinguido como el mejor alumno del curso.................... Subdirector Escuela Naval Director Escuela Naval SECCIÓN "D" Medalla a la virtud "Capitán José Edmundo Sandoval".
