Otorgamiento. Las Medallas Por Tiempo De Servicio Se Confieren Así:

OTORGAMIENTO. Las Medallas por tiempo de servicio se confieren así: a) PARA OFICIALES

La Medalla de treinta y cinco (35) años de servicio, por resolución del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

La Medalla de treinta (30) años de servicio, por disposición del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.

Las Medallas de veinticinco (25), veinte (20) y quince (15) años de servicio, por disposición del Comando de la respectiva Fuerza. b) PARA SUBOFICIALES. Las medallas de treinta (30), veinticinco (25), veinte (20) y quince (5) años de servicio, por disposición del Comando de la respectiva Fuerza.
