MEDALLA AL MÉRITO LOGÍSTICO Y ADMINISTRATIVO "GENERAL FRANCISCO DE PAULA SANTANDER". Se crea con el fin de premiar a los miembros del Ejército Nacional que hayan sobresalido en las actividades administrativas y técnicas, al igual que a funcionarios de las entidades públicas y privadas que hayan prestado eminentes servicios en beneficio de los cuerpos logístico y administrativo del Ejército. Ostenta una sola categoría.
