En las categorías de Comendador y Gran Oficial la cinta es similar a la de Oficial, pero en el centro lleva un (1) galón metálico de siete (7) por diecisiete (17) milímetros, plateado para la primera y dorado para la segunda y sobre éstos un ancla dorada;

En la categoría de Gran Cruz es similar a la de Gran Oficial, pero con una roseta igual a la de Oficial en lugar del ancla.
