DESARROLLO DE LAS SESIONES. El curso de las sesiones se desarrollará en el siguiente orden

Lectura del acta de la sesión anterior.

Presentación por parte de los Secretarios, de los asuntos que hayan de someterse a la deliberación del Consejo.

Estudio de los asuntos que puedan tener inmediata solución en la sesión, y distribución de aquellos otros que requieran ser estudiados por una comisión especial.
