Sanción. El conductor que infrinja la prohibición consagrada en el artículo trece del presente Decreto será sancionado por la autoridad policiva del lugar con arresto de setenta y dos (72) horas e inmovilización del vehículo durante el mismo término. La resolución que imponga la sanción sólo será susceptible del recurso de reposición.
