Circulación de vehículos. De conformidad con el literal a) del artículo 38 de la Ley 137 de 1994, prohíbese desde las diez de la noche (10:00 p.m.) hasta las cinco de la mañana (5:00 a.m.) la circulación de toda clase de vehículos automotores, en las vías departamentales, municipales e interveredales de la Región de Urabá. Esta prohibición no se aplicará en el casco urbano de dichos municipios.
