El Fondo de Reconstrucción y Desarrollo Social del Eje Cafetero así como las entidades públicas que hayan recibido medicamentos y otros bienes perecederos con destino a la atención de la emergencia, podrán enajenarlos o destinarlos a otros fines cuando tales bienes no se requieran para la atención de la misma y estén a punto de llegar a su fecha de vencimiento.
