Los alcaldes municipales, distritales y/o metropolitanos podrán otorgar permisos especiales y transitorios a los propietarios de vehículos clase taxi y escolares de servicio particular, que fueron afectados con el terremoto ocurrido el 25 de enero de 1999, para prestar el servicio en su jurisdicción hasta por el término de 6 meses.
