Para acceder al subsidio familiar de vivienda se deberá cumplir con las siguientes condiciones

Conformar un hogar en los términos establecidos en las normas de subsidio de vivienda familiar.

Ninguno de los miembros del hogar podrá ser propietario de una solución de vivienda, excepto de la vivienda afectada por el desastre.

Los ingresos totales del hogar no podrán ser superiores a cuatro (4) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes en la fecha de asignación.

En el evento de adquisición de vivienda deberá acreditarse la fuente de financiación del resto del valor de la solución de vivienda.
