Los proyectos presentados por las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, en cumplimiento de este decreto, deberán ajustarse a las políticas señaladas por el Fondo para la Reconstrucción y Desarrollo Social del Eje Cafetero. La aprobación de tales proyectos corresponderá a la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar de conformidad con las normas vigentes, la cual deberá pronunciarse en un plazo no mayor de quince (15) días hábiles.
