Las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, podrán con los recursos a que se refiere el artículo 24 de este decreto y los que obtengan de otras fuentes, desarrollar proyectos integrales de vivienda de interés social directamente, o mediante convenios con entidades públicas, privadas u otras Cajas de Compensación Familiar; adquirir de terceros, total o parcialmente, programas de vivienda de interés social con el fin de aplicar estos subsidios.
