De acuerdo con las condiciones socioeconómicas de los beneficiarios, el tipo y valor de la solución de vivienda de interés social y las necesidades de mejoramiento, la cuantía del subsidio familiar de vivienda otorgado por las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, con cargo a los recursos indicados en el artículo anterior de este decreto será hasta de veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
