El Fondo para la Reconstrucción y Desarrollo Social del Eje Cafetero podrá celebrar contratos de crédito con los fondos de garantías de la región afectada, con el fin de facilitar que los mismos puedan otorgar garantías a los créditos para capital de trabajo que se otorguen a los afectados por el terremoto del 25 de enero de 1999 que figuren en el censo respectivo.
