Las transacciones que realicen las personas que gocen de los beneficios a que se refieren los artículos 6º, 7º y 8º del Decreto 258 de 1999 con personas que le estén vinculadas económicamente deberán realizarse por lo menos a valores comerciales. Por consiguiente, si se realizan por un valor menor, para efectos tributarios se entenderá que se realizó por los valores comerciales mencionados.
