Parágrafo

al artículo 8º del Decreto 258 de 1999:

Parágrafo 2

El beneficio a que se refiere el presente artículo se otorgará igualmente a todas las personas naturales o jurídicas que desarrollaban actividades comerciales previamente al terremoto en los términos de este artículo, siempre y cuando éstas se refieran a bienes corporales muebles que se expendan al detal y su entrega física se produzca en la jurisdicción de los municipios contemplados en los Decretos 195 y 223 de 1999. Para determinar la cuantía del beneficio se tendrá en cuenta si se trata de pequeñas y medianas empresas o no.
