º CONTENIDO DE LOS ESTATUTOS. Los estatutos deberán contener

a)

Su nombre, precedido de la denominación jurídica correspondiente a su naturaleza, según se trate de asociación, fundación o corporación.

b)

Domicilio.

c)

Duración.

d)

Objeto o finalidad de la entidad.

e)

Organos de administración determinando su composición, modo de elección o designación, funciones y quórum deliberatorio y decisorio.

f)

Determinación de la persona que ostentará la representación legal de la entidad.

g)

Disposiciones sobre disolución, liquidación y destinación del remanente de los bienes a una institución de utilidad común o carente de ánimo de lucro que persiga fines similares.
