Los proyectos a que se refiere el artículo 61 del Decreto 350 de 1999, son los relacionados con la reconstrucción de la infraestructura hospitalaria, la adquisición de equipos y elementos necesarios, así como la financiación de las actividades requeridas para el fortalecimiento institucional. Los recursos relacionados con la reconstrucción de la infraestructura hospitalaria son complementarios a los contemplados en el artículo 60 del Decreto 350 de 1999. º. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación.
