SISTEMATIZACION. Por un término de seis (6) meses los juzgados penales y promiscuos municipales utilizarán los servicios de sistematización del Ministerio de Justicia para aplicar un procedimiento especial de radicación y el de la subsiguiente actuación, a que haya lugar en los procesos que por razón de la declaratoria de inexequibilidad del Artículo 1º. de la Ley 2º. de 1984 hicieron tránsito a la jurisdicción penal. Para los efectos señalados en el presente Artículo no tendrá lugar la reserva sumarial respecto a los funcionarios del Ministerio de Justicia.
