AJUSTE DE CUANTÍA. Las cuantías señaladas en los Artículos 71 y 72 de este Código se empezarán a aplicar a partir del primero (1º.) de enero de 1988, sin que en ningún tiempo se afecte la competencia en los procesos iniciados. Cuando se determinen las cifras previstas para la fijación de la cuantía, se aproximarán a la menor decena de mil pesos más cercana.
