GESTIONES DIPLOMATICAS PARA OBTENER LA EXTRADICION. Una vez perfeccionado el expediente, el Ministerio de Justicia lo remitirá al de Relaciones Exteriores para que éste, sujetándose a los convenios o usos internacionales, adelante las gestiones diplomáticas necesarias para obtener del Gobierno extranjero la extradición del procesado.
