EXAMEN DE LA DOCUMENTACION. El Ministerio de Justicia examinará la documentación presentada, y si advirtiere que faltan en ella algunos documentos importantes, la devolverá al juez o tribunal con una nota en que se indiquen los nuevos elementos de juicio que deban allegarse al expediente.
